🚫 Key Limitations
Because every piece is handmade to order with love, we cannot accept cancellations, refunds, or exchanges in these cases:

1. No Pre-Shipment Refunds/Exchanges

  • ❌ Change of mind after ordering
  • ❌ Found a better price elsewhere
  • ❌ Delayed shipping concerns
    Why?

Materials are purchased within 1 hour of your order. Our artisans start crafting your set immediately — we can’t resell handmade pieces.

2. No Post-Production Refunds

  • ❌ "I don’t like the color/texture in person"
  • ❌ "It doesn’t match my expectations"
    Why?

Each set is final once our 12-Hand Process™ begins. As non-custom items, all designs are shown accurately online.

When Refunds ARE Accepted

✅ Damaged in Transit
Send photo within 48 hours → Full remake + free shipping
✅ Quality Defects(e.g. glue failure, chipped design):
Submit video within 7 days → 120% store credit or remake
✅ Wrong Item Shipped
Return unopened set → Correct item shipped free + $5 gift card
